Love is Everywhere: Are You Broken-Hearted or Open-Hearted?

broken open for love

broken open for love

Love is everywhere.

It’sĀ all around us in all of its varying forms and stages.

Sometimes we encounter a broken heart. Ours or someone else’s. The tender beauty of it can shock, stun, and penetrate us with its depth, wound, and impact. It means we have been touched by love.

Sometimes it feels like our own heart has been torn apart, torn asunder. The despair feels insurmountable.

Other times it feels like our heart has been burst wide open. So it can receive more. So it can become more full. With love.

Keep on loving with an open heart. Love is never in vain.

Let it in. Send it out.

The past 2 weeks have been the most intense emotional weeks. I thought my heart was broken, overwhelmed with emotion I looked at it from my old prespective and it only made me cry more, weeping I looked even deeper at the one thing I lack in life and blew it out of proportion until a wonderful healer walked by me and showed me to myself…that I was not broken hearted I was just soooo open I was forgetting to save some healing for myself :)
With no doors on my heart to world drops by, I hear more, I feel more and cry even faster and I walk this new path, findng the new ways to be in the world and not feel lost.
All the wonderfulpeople I’m meeting along the way are making it much easier :)
thanks Kendra for being one :)

Thanks Oriana! I’m glad you liked the post and photo. The “heart” was the teeniest little smudge of moss in a large stone path. Could have been really easy to miss…but looking for hearts that need to be noticed is one of my favorite pasttimes. It was a wonderful find! xoxo
