		<description>Hi Sandra! I agree 100% selfish is 100% giving - what a perfect way to explain it. So many women cannot say no. When I ask them why, they say they feel guilty, or they are afraid to, it makes them uncomfortable, they don&#039;t want to hurt someone, etc. I feel that saying no is perfectly acceptable when that is what must be said.  And, in fact, it is often imperative that you do say no. Saying &quot;no&quot; is a skill just like any other skill that has to be learned. It requires practice.</description>
