There is so much pressure to OVERDO. Really, it’s ok to just be, to relax, to rest, to NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL. Sometimes the best ideas or solutions come when you are not thinking about anything. Slow down, rest, unplug, stop the doing, doing, doing. You deserve a break.
